Technopath is at the forefront of manufacturing products for the Medical, Food, Clinical, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industries.

To meet these high exacting standards Hutch O’Malley McBeath were commissioned to design and manage a number of expansion projects at their manufacturing plant.  These include the construction of new offices, clean room manufacturing facilities and storage facilities.   In addition to the design of this expansion program Hutch O’Malley McBeath have also submitted the planning and fire certificates for numerous projects.


The challenge in any operation plant whilst undertaking new work is Health and Safety.  Hutch O’Malley McBeath, working in conjunction with Technopaths own construction management team, developed the appropriate structural solutions to minimize disruption and develop a construction methodology that delivered the project safely.


Numerous projects have been undertaken at the Technopath facility.   These include the design of structural steel portal frames on piled foundation with mezzanine floor to accommodate office space and research facilities and clean rooms.   Work has also been undertaken where existing floors require to analysed and altered to accommodate new refrigeration storage.


Due to our close working relationship with the client and a complete understanding of the nature of operations undertaken at the plant, as a company we have managed to develop structural solutions that satisfy the clients requirements on numerous levels, health and safety, limited disruption to current operations and designs that are efficient, economical and on program.
