We are delighted to announce that the construction of Phase 2 of the works is underway for Qatar Bloodstock Ireland Ltd at their premises in Manister, Co. Limerick.

With floors completed already along much of the block-work, within this last week roofing has commenced.

This Phase of the project consists of 14 stable boxes with 6 foaling boxes, veterinary room, feed & tack rooms along with the completion of the on-site facilities & office. After completion of this Phase the buildings will completely enclose the yard for the premises.

The three-sided enclosed stable yard closes off the complex beautifully and when the landscaping works are complete, along with the required planting scheme, the design of this fantastic complex will be fully realised.

Phase 1, which included a complete renovation and extension of the nearby dwelling house, along with the construction of barns, enclosed boxes, training runs, horse walker, lunging pit and loose shed was completed without a hitch (sic) and Hutch O’Malley McBeath Consulting Engineers were involved right from the beginning in the planning, civil and structural engineering design as well as being entrusted with the complete project management of the construction phase of the works to bring the works to its conclusion.
